Repetition makes a habit,

With all of the subliminal messages in this world is a good to thing to learn how to create a habit.
How are habits formed?
One thing for sure that we all know is that repetition works, this is the case because our nature is one of learning over time.
You see this everyday, humans are dominated by habits to the point this becomes unconscious to them in their  everyday life.
This is becoming an issue in our society as our friends and relatives are full of habits that are detrimental to them.
It is an addiction that is hard to leave.
What can we do to to alleviate/destroy some of these habits and form new ones in their place.
First thing to realize is that the more we ignore an issue the bigger it becomes.
We must confront our negative habits by undoing them with a positive one. If you used to drink a lot or spend all your money on unnecessary things, now you must confront this and do the reverse. This is the only way to rewire your brain and come off free at the other end.
How do you accomplish this?
One thing for sure that i have understood while practicing this in my life is that you must know yourself and develop a practice of centering yourself, people accomplish this many ways whether through meditation or a  certain spiritual practice most likely prayer.
Once you found what you are good at, persevere and you will see the fruits of your labor soon enough.
Those who persevere will inherit the kingdom.
