Once you do, you'll have an accurate compass on which you can base every decision, action and attitude. A clear sense of purpose enables you to focus your efforts on what matters most.
Impact: Think before you speak.. Hold your tongue when you're angry. Share a thoughtful, specific compliment. Put others first by being intentional with your words -- sometimes saying less, and other times, more.
