I don't know about you, but I've lost count of the number of times I've either said or heard someone else say something along the following lines… "If only there were more hours in a day."
The basic tenet, of course, is that most folks -- myself certainly included -- don't feel like they have enough time to do all the things they need and want.
But is it really a matter of having enough time? Or, is "running out" of this precious resource a reflection of not protecting your time? Consider this message from Craig Ballantyne…
Do not let life get in the way of your progress. Be ruthless with your time. Minutes wasted in email, gossip or excessive exercise robs your family of time with you.
Of course, you can finish that sentence however you like, but the bottom line is… #KnowWhatMatters
